If you're one of the few women out there that dress for class, then this post is for you. What some people don't realize is that classy doesn't have to be boring. So let's take a look at a few simple outfits I put together to demonstrate just that with our model Lindsy Melcher.

(Dress; Alexander McQueen, Bag; Saint Laurent, Shoes; Aquazurra)
This first ensemble is a great combination of simple with the right amount of texture and dimension to bring the outfit to life. As you can see, the dress is laser cut and is scalloped along the edges. The bag is made out of crocodile, giving some nice detail to the overall appearance. The shoes are beige with a wooden wedge. The straps and wooden wedge bring a more playful attitude to the table.

(Dress; Alexander McQueen, Bag; Fendi, Shoes; Prada)

The second outfit we have here pops with brightness. This quaint look outlasts the passing of the seasons and is fashionable for any outing. The dress is a light pink and is the epitome of a sexy silhouette. The bag and shoes compliment each other as they are both white leather. The shoes are a stacked wooden heel, standing at just under 5 inches. The bag brings this old-fashioned style to a more modern time with its signature Fendi look.

(Dress;Roland Mouret, Bag; Valentino, Shoes; Valentino)

The final outfit here is a bit on the scandalous side. The dress draws attention to its sleek design and at the same time still maintains a classy look. Valentino does a great job at spicing things up with its rock stud collection. With these neutral colors you are not limited much at all. The shoes and the bag both being rock stud design keep the outfit consistent and complete.
